JOB TITLE: Trainee Telesales Executive
LOCATION: Hertfordshire based Head Office

Our client is a leading supplier of digital printing solutions. They offer unrivalled service and the most professional and advanced printing and digital solutions in the market. They’re expanding heavily and have recently acquired another business so it’s a great time to join them.

This is an incredibly exciting role for the right person as all Internal Sales Professionals go through an intense 12 months sales training scheme run by the company. The all Internal Sales Professionals are earmarked for Area Sales roles when the time comes. This is a hard, call-centre environment and you’ll be responsible for constant new business development. You’ll be picking up the phone and making maybe 100 calls per day, making appointments with potential or current clients for the Area Sales team to visit and close the sale down. You will have a database of non-spending clients, who you will call up, identify the decision maker, sell your solution based service over the phone and ensure a meeting is booked for the Area Sales Team. You’ll research the company to ensure you can identify and sell the very best printing and office solutions (ie, printers & copiers or managed print services to name a couple) to managers, procurement teams and other senior level decision makers. Customers include but isn’t limited to manufacturers, retailers, healthcare and government.


This role is not for the faint hearted and certainly isn’t for someone looking for an easy job. You should be a fiercely competitive, confident and a sales/money driven professional looking to work for a smart outfit. Ideally you should have sales experience from within a busy sales centre environment however our client will consider switched-on, and talented graduate calibre candidates also. You have the potential to earn uncapped commission plus other incentives!
